The issue isn’t that they failed to enforce a candio. It is that they refused to endorse Harris that has them upset.

Does any of these folks melting down honestly think that the WaPo’s non-endorsement of Kamala is going to swing DC, MD or VA to Trump? I doubt it. They’re angry that the WaPo won’t go on record officially opposing Trump. And why won’t Bezos do that? The obvious answer is that Bezos expects Trump to win and calculates insufficient benefit in officially opposing the inevitable. It’s this tacit admission that Trump will win that’s what is actually ticking them all off

If she were to become President, she’d make fools out of them all and they know it.

But on Friday CEO Will Lewis published an op-ed that the paper is returning to its 'roots of not endorsing presidential candidates.' What convenient timing you have, Will, in returning to your roots.

So...
- Teamsters
- Firefighters
- Arab Americans
- LA Times
- Washington Post

These entities regularly endorse the Dhims candidate, but now refuse to endorse Kemala.

It has to be something wrong with Kemala that they refused to do it...

Woodward was an Intelligence Community operative before joining the Post. He was a plant. And, fed directly by Mark Felts, whose day job at the FBI was literally to leak information to embarrass politicians that crossed the FBI.

Oh, and 4 of the Watergate burglars were on the payroll of the CIA.

Exactly right. But the Washington Post decided in 2024 that it needed to chart a way out of its financial troubles, starting with new management.

The Post hired William Lewis as its new publisher and CEO, who started on January 2, 2024, (Source) and Robert Winnett, former deputy editor of The Telegraph Media Group, as editor, starting right after the presidential election (Source).

It is obvious that simply being a mouthpiece for the Democrat Part and the CIA wasn't a viable path to success, hence the refusal to back a 2024 candidate.

I think an investigation is called for - or in democrat speech “we need to have a discussion “ as to what’s so wrong with Mrs Emhoff that those entities refuse to endorse her.

I think you are right. At this stage in the game it won’t make that much difference to the outcome anyway, so at the very least, Bezos is hedging his bets. But, if he thinks she will win and then she does and he did not endorse her, it could hurt him in many ways so he must think she will not win.

This confirms what partisan hacks they are.

Watergate was a media coup against a sitting, popular president who the Media hated.

Yahoo Finance says it was Bezos that stopped the WaaaaaaPo’s endorsement of the embarrassment...first and foremost, he’s a businessman...
