A federal judge has turned away allegations that billionaire Elon Musk violated the law when he started giving $1 million away to registered voters.

California resident Aaron Greenspan in a lawsuit filed over the summer accused Musk of violating state laws and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. In a recent emergency motion, Greenspan, who founded the company PlainSite, said Musk’s newly announced million-dollar giveaways to voters in swing states violated federal law that prohibits paying or offering to pay people to either register to vote or vote.

Democrats have really been clutching their pearls over Musk giving away 1 million dollars a day to a random person who signs his petition for the support of the First and Second Amendment and the Constitution in general.

At the same time, they are celebrating the announcement by Bill Gates that he is donating 50 million to a "non-profit" SuperPac supporting Harris' campaign.

Rules for thee, but not for me.

I’m happy for Elon. The more I learn about him and his remarkable achievements the more I respect and admire him. He is a patriot and will be a fantastic force in government reform.

A good judge. Few and far between. Most work for the DNC.

Sad. Greenspan used to be a GOOD CONSERVATIVE, but I guess, since moving to California, he got sucked into their ‘culture’.

Hopefully, he comes around.

Since BOTH candidates ‘claim’ to support the First and Second Amendment, then there is no way that one can claim that Musk is taking sides with his contest, unless...

...one of the candidates knows that they have NO CREDIBILITY regarding the enforcement of the US Constitution.

I believe you are saying the Democrats are being a bit disingenuous. AKA, Lying.

It is truly amazing that after all the left’s rhetoric (and actual laws passed) against the 2nd Amendment, they think they can convince voters that Dems actually support any gun rights. Democrat’s attempts to court 2nd Amendment supporters each election cycle is truly hilarious. “Kin I git mehsef a ‘untin lisen heer” (ala Kerry).
