NPR reported today on the Southern Florida-based child detention center, Homestead, a for-profit facility run by Comprehensive Health Services (CHS). Public Accountability Initiative Director Kevin Connor spoke to NPR about the SEC disclosures of CHS’s parent company, Caliburn(Now Acuity International), which is in the process of going public:
“Caliburn’s SEC filings make it clear that they understand the controversial nature of the policies that they are benefiting from.”
DC Capital Partners has an advisory board stacked with former top military and intelligence officials with revolving door ties to the NSA, CIA, and Department of Defense. Trump’s former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, was a paid advisor before he joined the administration. His former U.S. Envoy to Qatar, Anthony Zinni, currently sits on the advisory board and sits on the board of Caliburn. Another notable advisor, former CIA Director Michael Hayden, actually said that family separation policies shared “commonality” with Nazi Germany.

These reports are no different than the 2001-200x reports blaming Haliburton as having got Bush to invade Iraq so they could get the government contracts there.
Companies may get government contracts because of certain government policies. It is bunk to suggest the policies are always caused by lobbyists for those compaies. Evidence, not innuendo is needed.
Haliburton is no longer in the news now that Dick Cheney (who is again chairman) and Dick and Liz are pro Kamala / anti Trump.

The problem with the detention centers is they are mere waypoints in the children’s destination as there a huge funnel of children coming in behind them...
When that spigot gets turned off, these grifters are going to have to go begging for another crisis opportunity to serve.
