(The Center Square) – Noncitizens, including those in the country illegally, are committing crimes, and they’re being charged, imprisoned and convicted for them in Texas.

A new report by the Texas Department of Public Safety highlights the extent of criminal charges...The data, covering roughly 13 years from June 1, 2011, through Sept. 30, 2024, represents “the minimum number of crimes associated with criminal illegal noncitizens” charged with committing state offenses....

In the first category, criminal noncitizens previously known to DHS, more than 443,000 were booked into local Texas jails during the timeframe evaluated. The majority, 314,000, were in the country illegally.

The 314,000 were charged with more than 546,000 criminal offenses, according to the report. They include arrests for homicide (1,011), assault (70,230), burglary (9,787), drugs (63,886), kidnapping (1,292), theft (27,520), obstructing police (42,581), robbery (3,123), sexual assault (6,943), sexual offense (7,953) and weapons (6,748)....

To provide “a more accurate assessment,” DPS published historical data of the Texas criminal careers of 314,000 illegal foreign nationals, which shows they were charged with more than 755,000 criminal offenses.

These include arrests for homicide (1,608), assault (94,427), burglary (21,008), drugs (91,676), kidnapping (1,645), theft (43,113), obstructing police (63,783), robbery (5,367), sexual assault (9,422), sexual offense (13,052) and weapons (11,422)....

JD said deport illegals ..."Start with One Million".

To be clear - from the article:

"443,000 were booked into local Texas jails during the timeframe evaluated"

"The data, covering roughly 13 years from June 1, 2011, through Sept. 30, 2024 . . ."

Bankrupting the country is one of the goals of people behind this horror. So yeah, the thugs and goons doing this know the costs to states - - and to citizens. Anyone inflicting this kind of damage will also do voter fraud. The gravy train for monsters ends when Trump's President - they know ...

It also says the numbers represent the minimum number of crimes. How many went unreported? Of course no one knows, but my guess is a lot.

It’s 13 years, but only one state. Every state has illegals who commit crimes. I’d like to know what the total figure is.

Well over 13 years “that’s only a few” (33-34,000)

Multiply the criminal effects of the Biden-Harris open border policy on the entire U.S. I bet it’s going to cost $trillions out of American’s taxpayers.

If President Trump can be impeached over a short phone call, what should the consequence of a catastrophic border policy?

Texas should contract with El Salvador to imprison the illegals cheaply and efficiently. When and if they are released, they can be deported to their home countries (or send them all to Mexico, which facilitates the invasion).

Yes. In Texas, if they commit a crime here, we usually don't turn them loose. The Texas penal system is full of them. And, as Texas taxpayers, we pay, and pay, and pay..

So, you see why it's cheaper for us to bus/fly them to the sanctuary cities in the Northeast who wanted them in the first place.

And the Left is having vapors, because they say it will cost $200 Billion to deport illegals.

How much does THIS cost Texas alone? So, for less than the amount we have wasted on Ukraine, we could fix this problem?

Sounds like a deal to me.

Maybe have Abbott hire Richard Kuklinski as chef for a day at the prison kitchen. “He used handguns, crossbows, sawed-off shotguns, blunt objects, knives, and cyanide.”

"JD said deport illegals ..."Start with One Million"."

I've heard it said that there may be as many as twenty million illegals in the U.S.. Man, that is one monster pile of crap to shovel...

But, I think it would be cheaper to get rid of them, then it would be to let them stay... (?)

“They’re not sending us their best...”, is a YUGE understatement by POTUS Trump. How true that statement was, at the time.
