“Trailblazing” indeed. Every day I see another disaster that I’m convinced is due to DEI policies.

In Georgia yesterday, there was a dock that collapsed causing the deaths of several elderly people. I suspect regular inspections and maintenance was not done because that was “someone else’s” job.

DEI hires think they do not have to be competent. Just the fact that they are “on the job” as a privileged employee should be enough. The actual work required can just fall by the wayside or someone else can do it. Their now-retired predecessor (probably an old white guy) probably had a maintenance schedule binder which has just been gathering dust since the last time he updated it.
