Fox News host Bret Baier revealed some rocky details about his interview with Kamala Harris , including that she showed up very late for their sit-down and that she tried to filibuster with her answers to prevent him from pressing her on hot-button issues.
Baier suggested it was like the vice president's team was trying to 'ice the kicker,' comparing it to a football coach calling a timeout before a field goal attempt in an NFL game to give the kicker time to prepare for the big play.
He also said if he didn't frequently interrupt the VP, he likely would have only been able to fit in four questions during their nearly 30 minutes together.

I saw snippets, (couldn’t watch that mess). I had my doubts about Baier but he did a decent job.
A bunch of people said the interviewer was in the dems’ pocket.
Doesn’t sound like it.
Baier was apparently ready to ask tough questions. Gee...isn’t that what an interviewer is SUPPOSED to do?
Obama’s team, (also Harris’s team), did the same.
Everything a campaign does is for a reason that is not always evident to voters.
Why is Kamala not attending the Al Smith dinner tonight?
Why is Trump currently at a black barbershop allowing them to do his hair?
Harris talked over him time and again - she was having a debate while Bret was conducting a Interview.....like mixing oil and water.
I think Kamala’s handlers put her on Fox News thinking she’d make Baier and the network look like fools. They totally underestimated the ability of Harris to make herself look like a fool instead.
“Harris talked over him time and again - she was having a debate while Bret was conducting a Interview.....like mixing oil and water.”
Harris was going for the viral moment that never materialized.
I don't think she has ever provided an answer to any question that's actually related to the question she was asked. That's her problem. If she simply tried to answer the actual question with a little substance, instead of totally dodging the question, and moving on to something completely different, she wouldn't be in the hole she is. She doesn't even try either.
If her staff -- 4 of them! -- were waving Bret off after 10 minutes, this is just a waiting game.
I have read elsewhere that Slotnik and Baldwin have both gone from wanting co-headlining rallies in MI and WI with Mattress Back, to wanting her to stay away and try to salvage their losses by getting within recount territory.
You try to state something, but the one on the bicycle with Toto on the back, is wicked Jezebel spirit.
Well her intentions are always to avoid and use political word trickery to not get pinned down. She has been so from the beginning - so why is that?
Either she doesn’t care if she wins or not...or she’s sure of the fix.
Even if the interviewer is more or less on your side, asking tough questions is a way for the person being interviewed to provide clarity and appease some of the concerns of the voters. All Harris has done is intensified those concerns.
Would the campaign love it if Trump exited with corn rows? 😜

I bet that Katelyn (author of article) doesn't watch much football.
She seemed ‘burdened by the past’ when she awkwardly tried to answer some of the direct questions. She has the confidence, presence, and gravitas of a junior in high school. Its crazy that she might be president.
Kamala's handlers were directing this at Baier, telling him to end the carnage now!
