Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday unveiled his long-awaited Victory Plan to end Russia's invasion, rejecting any territorial concessions and urging ramped-up Western backing, including an invitation to join NATO.
After pushing back Russian troops at the start of the invasion in February 2022, Kyiv is now facing mounting pressure to find an exit strategy as its troops suffer battlefield losses and Moscow intensifies its strikes on infrastructure.
Russia has seized around a fifth of Ukraine's territory since the invasion began, reducing towns and cities to rubble and killing thousands of civilians.

NATO is on her last legs along with the EU. Conservative Governments are coming to power—it was a long time coming. New Governments will patch up things with Russia (for gas and markets). The rebuilding of Ukraine will start this Summer==with North Koreans doing much of the work. Russia will help solve the Kosovo problem as Turkey leaves NATO. 2025 will be a wild year but one of great opportunity for many. No WW III and that is a good thing.

Civilians in Donetsk have absolutely been targeted since the civil war started in Ukraine after the illegal coup. During the present war, civilians have continued to be targeted and used human shields in Mariupol. I've seen videos of the butterfly mines dropped into Donetsk by the Ukrainans.
You want to forget the police in Mariupol and Ukrainian military had a shootout after the illegal coup in 2014 because the resident there didn't want to be part of a government fomented illegally.
You want to ignore the fact that citizens organizing a petition drive in Odessa after the illegal coup were rounded, locked in a trade building AND BURNED TO DEATH.

The DPR declaration of whatever is irrelevant to the FACT that the DPR refutes the Kremlin narrative on this alleged persecution of Russian Ukrainians.
Even in terms of the low-key war from 2014 to 2022, you have the numbers that the DPR released that from 2014 up to December of 2021, there were 3500 civilians who died in the conflict. The civilians were supports of both sides, so this number is not just the ethnic russians, its the total number, ethnic russians (but still Ukrainians pro-russia) and Ukranians pro Ukraine.
Most of these victims occurred in 2014-2015, during the hottest battles.
Therefore, the information that Ukraine killed 10,000 or 14,000 civilians of Donbass is a russian lie.
As always, the russians try to cover up this lie with a half-truth. Information about 14,000 victims is a common knowledge, but not everyone understands that this is the total number of victims, including military personnel. And the russians began to spread information that all these victims are among the civilian population and were caused by Ukraine.

Zelensky has banned opposition parties, imprisoned opposition leaders and dissents, killing American Gonzalo Lira. He's cancelled elections and torn down churches. Conscripts are illegally being rounded up and sent to the frontlines to die.
You just can't seem to grasp that Ukraine and NATO ARE the forces of evil in this conflict.
But, that shouldn't be surprising given Ukraine's embrace of Nazi sympathizer Stepan Bandera and neo-Nazism.
