That is if they aren’t damaged. But, Even if they are, there are large mills all over that region.
One of these mills can spit out a huge volume of construction lumber per day. Safe bet is that three or four of these mills can saw enough lumber in one week to rebuild the entire area.
That lumber will keep in storage till contractors need it so.
