Personally, I spent 12yrs Army active duty, coupled with service in 4 different state’s National Guards (Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas) with 2 yrs activation in the TANG (2002-2004).
There is no way I could conjure how a complete POS like Walz could make promotion to E8; on top of, him being frocked as an E9 Command Sgt Mj. I have no experiences to explain this phenomenon.

CRT is needed because it’s more comfortable to believe your condition is due to a vast racist conspiracy, than to take a look at your own inadequacies.
