President Joe Biden spoke to the press about the recent Israeli missile strikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen. It did not go well, with Biden seemingly thinking that the two parties were involved in a labor dispute.
“They gotta settle the strike. I'm supporting the collective bargaining effort,” he said.

Just to be devil’s advocate here. Biden is getting out of the Beast with lots of airport noise. Reporters are shouting at him, but all he hears clearly is the word ‘strike’. Rather than ask the reporterette to repeat the question, he assumes that she is talking about the pending longshoremen’s strike which might be the thing on his mind this morning, since it has the potential for more political damage for him than the Yemen airstrikes.
