Thank you.
Now, if only headline writers could become familiar with the Oxford comma. That would be a real treat.

He was shown more mercy than he gave to his victims:

Police say that early that morning, Miller entered Ferguson Enterprises and fatally shot two co-workers: Holdbrooks, 32, and Yancy, 28. He then drove 5 miles (8 kilometers) away to Post Airgas, where he had previously worked, and shot Jarvis, 39. Trial testimony indicated that Miller was paranoid and believed his co-workers had been gossiping about him.

“You’ve been spreading rumors about me,” a witness described Miller as saying before he opened fire. All three men were shot multiple times.

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey said in a statement. “His acts were not that of insanity, but pure evil. Three families were forever changed by his heinous crimes, and I pray that they can find comfort all these years later.”

"nitrogen gas execution"

Sounds complicated. Better to keep it simple using a rope and gravity.... or if the state has some very high buildings or cliffs, just gravity.

Life imprisonment without parole would be better. The catholics are consistent on this.
Perhaps Trump as POTUS should go in this direction.

Too many lifers are set free for too many reasons. That’s the problem. The guy in El Salvador is doing the right thing. 40k MS-13’s now know what it is to live in a country that’s through with them.

The guy was enormous. Fattest man I ever saw on death row.
His weight was listed as 350lbs, but I think he was much heavier. Maybe he took some of medication that put and kept the weight on

Justice was finally served, even if it did take too long.

Wait! The perp killed “3 to death”? Can a person be killed to any state other than death?

Such idiots in the news business these days.

Happily, he suffered...

He shook and trembled on the gurney for about two minutes with his body at times pulling against the restraints. That was followed by about six minutes of periodic gulping breaths before he became still.

Fer Gawds sake, this is virtue signaling. A small caliber bullet in the back of the head whilst spewing last words.

In the olden days an execution would be within 40-60 days of the crime. And a hemp rope around the neck made them sweat more thinking about it.
Now it is decades, and they try to make it as stress free as possible. No more hitting the end of the rope and losing all your body functions, bladder and rectal control, at the same time.

Why not just administer an overdose of fentanyl? We’re told that thousands of Americans have died from those unintentionally, how hard could it be to do it on purpose?

If we want to kill people painlessly, give them a bullet to the head. In fact we could let the convicted do that themselves. Tell them, “ We will hang you or give you a gun with one bullet. It’s up to you.”
