KYIV, Ukraine (AP) – Ukraine´s air defenses battled an overnight Russian aerial attack on the capital Kyiv for five hours, officials said Thursday, as missiles and drones again hammered the Ukrainian power grid.
The Kyiv attack injured at least two people, Ukraine´s Emergency Service said. A kindergarten, a gas pipe and around 20 cars were damaged in the city, said the Kyiv Military Administration.
In western Ukraine, the air force said, Russia fired three Kinzhal hypersonic ballistic missiles – one of Russia´s most advanced weapons – “in the direction of” Starokostiantyniv, a city in the Khmelnytskyi region, on Thursday morning. The air force said it could not make further information public, suggesting the missiles were aimed at a sensitive site.

I think we/the Ukes have lost the ability to drive the narrative or action here, to the extent we ever had it. Im not sure anything remains to regain the lead and throw the Russians off balance here, at least not anything that doesn’t directly lead to global warfare with the Russians.

That peace has Russia keeping the provinces that overwhelming voted to join Russia and were accepted by the Russian Congress into the federation. Uke doesn’t get to join NATO and must not accept long range missiles from NATO and will have to remove them from its borders.
Would the USA tolerate Mexico having Chinese missiles aimed at the USA? Would the USA accept Mexico joining BRICS and also a formal military union with China and Russia with military hardware based from those nations inside Mexico? No so why would Russia look at NATO any different. Hint they don’t they see it exactly the same way.
