As I recall it, the Clinton administration permitted China access to previously top secret advanced missile technology. They had been having a great deal problems with their guided missiles exploding and/or not landing where they wanted.
The Chinese are smart and would have figured it out for themselves, but not until years later. The misguided/evil Clinton administration policy permitted China to move much faster into the guided missile era.
Translation: She lied her ass off.

The biggest upgrade to China’s military came as a result of Bill Clinton’s quest for campaign donations. For a measly $600k from Bernie Schwartz of Loral Corp, Clinton permitted that company to sell China’s military US MIRV technology for their nuclear weapons program. The sale erased a 40-year disadvantage and the costs associated with experimentation.
Those were democrats who sold us out to our enemies. Clinton, Obama and Biden are all corrupt politicians who made millions off their government positions. President Trump made his money in the real world and isn’t beholden to our enemies like the other lowlifes.
