“Wonder Woman” has roped herself with the lasso of truth.
Lynda Carter, star of the iconic 1970s CBS show, has backed two Democrats in an Arizona legislative race — snubbing her only sister, a Republican candidate and former Donald Trump campaign employee.
“As a native Arizonan, I am proud to endorse @KelliButlerAZ and @KarenGreshamAZ for the two LD4 seats in Arizona’s State House,” Carter, 73, posted on X Sept. 14 “Kelli and Karen are both strong, experienced candidates, born and raised in Arizona. They are working mothers fighting for the rights that matter most to Arizonans, especially every child’s right to a quality education.”
The Carter sisters’ most obvious point of public disagreement has been over abortion — a fraught issue in the Grand Canyon State, which earlier this month repealed a Civil War-era prohibition on nearly all abortions that had been in place since the overturn of Roe v. Wade in June 2022.

Sorry Lynda. This AZ LD 4 intends to vote for your sister Pamela Carter and all other Republicans on the ballot. Over twenty years, AZ has drifted left; it is time for a rightward lurch.
Proving again that brains and beauty are not found in combination very often. You would think that by 73 she would have learned something better.
I was never a Lynda Carter fan.
If I want a Wonder Woman, I will go with those Justice League cartoons from many years ago.
She could have at least kept her mouth shut. No class.

It simply amazes me how much the abortion issue rules women’s political views.
Economy sucks, prices are out of control, potential for war in different corners of the world, illegal immigration and crime are off the charts, but PLEASE let me kill my unborn baby...that’s FAR more important than any of this other stuff.
She’s a bit old for me, so I had to look her up.

I imagine she’s looking for work as the hot grandma on some nighttime soap, so she needs to play Hollywood politics.
