I guess they won’t even bother to get their sworn statements.

That doesn’t absolve them of responsibility in the matter.

We knew within minutes after the assassination attempt there were massive security failures.
What we want to know is were these failures occurred intentionally.

"Per the Washington Post, the outlet that broke the news, "In response to questions about the report, Rowe said in a statement that the report found numerous errors for which the agency must be held accountable, and that he has begun an agency-wide review to harden the protective bubble around the more than 40 government officials and family members the Secret Service protects. He warned that beefing up this security will cost money.""
"Mistakes were made." "We need more money."
Nice way to make lemonade out of lemons....

Retire with a nice pension, awards on the wall, and no accountability. That is the way it works in Washington DC.

“failures”??
Yeah, “failures” - not purposeful dereliction of duty ...

IMO, one of the first things a real President could do is to bar any retirements pending in any anticipation of an investigation.
These goons were part of the assassination attempt to kill former President Trump, IMO.

If you look at the secret service leadership top level behavior you can make a very strong case that they were intentionally dropping the ball to make it easy President Trump get assassinated.
This while the lawfare show trial prosecutors were trying give President Trump maximum exposure in very hard to secure hostile venues in hopes that an assassin with a bad case of TDS would take care of their Trump problem for them

By ‘failed’, does that mean they did or didn’t provide protection as directed from a higher source. IOW, the desired result ‘failed’ to be acheived.

It wasn’t incompetence. They will act like it is so that we will never know that the plan was to kill Trump on purpose.

I would say that either:
(1) TOP Secret Service Agents have set a new LOW for performance standards or
(2) Top Agents are getting out because it’s all going to come crashing down as our new slavemasters reveal themselves.
May be we should stock up on tin-foil.
Bitt ? Should we head to the grocery or department stores ? How about the ammo store ?

.....these people, doubtless all liberals, need to be prosecuted for a serious crime. TREASON sounds about right! At least “the process” of trials and publicity and attorney’s fees will add up some significant shaming and punishment even if they are not found guilty.
Retirement and another cushy government job or writing a book is just shooting the middle finger at all of us by THE LEFT !!
