Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was cited for careless driving and a seat belt violation during his traffic stop before Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Miami-Dade Police Department released the citations on Tuesday – one day after bodycam footage showed the intense moment the NFL player was pulled over, taken out of his vehicle and handcuffed while on the ground.
Hill was found to be in violation of Florida statute 316.1925, which defines careless driving as "any person operating a vehicle upon the streets or highways within the state shall drive the same in a careful and prudent manner, having regard for the width, grade, curves, corners, traffic, and all other attendant circumstances, so as not to endanger the life, limb, or property of any person. Failure to drive in such manner shall constitute careless driving and a violation of this section."
Police said Hill was driving at a "visual estimation (of) 60 mph" in a 40 mph zone with no seat belt.

“Stop Crying!”
Of note, they don’t know what his speed was.
Right!
Driving while entitled
“Driving while entitled”
I do that all the time lol
No way he was doing 60 mph. Traffic cops looking for a crime...The cops had that “Drill Sergeant” us vs them attitude. I hope he files a big lawsuit.
No way he was doing 60 mph.

True. Witnesses said he was doing 100 mph. And then he made matters worse.
He got what he deserved.
Ya say witnesses estimated 100 mph and the cop estimated 60 mph?
So much for all these, “Estimations”. ☺
I’m actually most concerned why all the cops barely speak English.
How did they know he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt? Since the cops here are acting very aggressive and defensive about the tinted windows of the car, there is no way to determine if he had the seat belt on, just as they have no idea how fast he was going. I hope all the tough guy cops get the book thrown at them, and possibly deported if their citizenship status is ILLEGAL.
Because Deep State likes it that way.
Note to Hill: Three words...Chris Rock video.
Tell me, why are the cops turning off their audio?
You’d think policy would dictate they leave their audio/video on the entire time they’re actively working a call.
Why bother having audio if they can turn it off to hide any conversation they might be having?
Because they're doing something bad and hiding it. Turning off a body cam in part or in whole, while interacting with We the People, should be a firing offense.
Have you even watched the video? Maybe your speakers quit working?
I and everyone else heard plenty of audio.

I’m no fan of the police but they should have tazed and billyclubbed him just for being a “professional” athlete.
Why did you just evade my legitimate questions? Should I post them again?
LOL!
