A top Department of Justice spokesman in New York was caught on a hidden camera ripping Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his recent prosecution of former President Donald Trump — accusing Bragg of conducting “lawfare” just to further his own political ambitions.

Nicholas Biase, chief spokesman for the Manhattan US Attorney’s Office, was secretly recorded tearing into the progressive prosecutor during a recent conversation with a so-called undercover operative from conservative podcaster Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.”

“Honestly, I think the case is nonsense,” Biase was filmed saying to an unidentified woman on July 31 at what appears to be a bar.

Why is a brainless bonehead with a “Confederate” name allowed to bring false charges against one of America’s “white dude” presidents?

“he made the remarks in a private setting with someone he’d “just met” and was trying to “impress.”

Is anything he said untrue?

A brainless bonehead with a JD from Harvard Law. But he has to be a lunatic.

I imagine Bragg as the Guru in Gunga Din:

Sgt. Archibald Cutter: You're mad!
Guru: Mad? Mad. Hannibal was mad, Caesar was mad, and Napoleon surely was the maddest of the lot. Ever since time began, they've called mad all the great soldiers in this world. Mad? We shall see what wisdom lies within my madness.

"Great song."

The Big Band Era was the greatest as far as I'm concerned. My mother was a fan of the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and bought a collection of his music on 45's when I was a kid. Several years ago, I had my son transfer the 45's to CD's, then I reformatted those to mp3 so I could listen to them via a USB stick in my car. I lease my cars these days, and as far as I know, no manufacturer installs CD players anymore. The last car I actually owned was a 2005 loaded Nissan Altima that had a Bose sound system installed, with 5 disc CD player. I miss it terribly.

It is so easy to honeypot these jerks in politics.

It is probably safe to assume anyone in DC or big city politics has a side chick who is a spy.

One of my favorites was Artie Shaw. His sound was always clear in his recordings. He was the only big band leader I know of to use french horns.

And then there is: The Mysterious Room

"One of my favorites was Artie Shaw."

Yes, Artie Shaw was very good. I have an album of his best known, plus his orchestra is featured on Big Band collection CD's I have. Bob Crosby and The Bobcats were good as well:

Big Noise from Winnetka was featured in the 1982 movie "Cannery Row." I liked the song so much that I looked up the band, and found out it was Bob Crosby. I have a longer version of it on a CD collection of the band's music.
