Prime Minister Netanyahu speaks to parents of Alexander Lubanov, one of the 6 hostages who were recently murdered by Hamas before their bodies were recovered.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, today, spoke with Oxana and Grigory Lobanov, the parents of Alexander Lobanov, who was murdered while being held hostage by Hamas.

The Prime Minister expressed deep regret, and apologized to the family, that the State of Israel did not succeed in returning Alexander and the other five hostages alive.

Prime Minister Netanyahu told Alexander Lobanov's parents "I would like to tell you how much I regret and request forgiveness for not succeeding in bringing Sasha back alive."

During the conversation, it was revealed that the Prime Minister's Military Secretary, Maj.-Gen. Roman Gofman returned this morning from a visit to Moscow, the goal of which was to advance the hostages deal and during which he discussed Alexander Lobanov and the other hostages.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has spoken, and will speak, with additional families in the course of the day.

The blame rests on the Biden/Harris Regime who with-held the weapons and ammo that the Israelis had bought because of their political meddling. THEY decided that Israel should not invade Rafah in a ground assault, which is where these six were held hostage, and murdered. Had the US released the weapons that they agreed to sell to Israel in a timely way, Israel might have ended this war much sooner and saved thousands of lives, including these murdered six hostages. With allies like the US, who needs enemies? Biden Harris needs to stay the hell out of this war and fight their own.

Netanyahu takes blame as well for allowing Biden and the EU to bully him instead of winning the war first and then asking forgiveness.

Why ask forgiveness for a non-existent sin? The IDF tried but failed in an action where success is never assured. If the kin were expecting Israel to do another one of those lopsided hostage exchanges, where hundreds of terrorists get freed to kill again, they are the ones who need forgiveness.

Blow up a third of Iran’s oil fields and this ‘hamas’ crap will end.

Netanyahu said “those who murder hostages do not want a deal.”

Anyone expecting Hamas to release these hostages alive and unharmed was living in La-La land.

Netanyahu is only interested in himself. He ought to beg forgiveness, imo.

These jerks are lucky someone like me isn’t President. I would NOT blow up a third of Iran’s oil fields. I’d have our troops blow up THEM ALL.

Naw, save the oil in the ground, takeout the national refineries. I thought the main refinery supplies 40% of the gas for the country.

Netanyahu is only interested in himself. He ought to beg forgiveness, imo.

It's your opinion and you are entitled to it, but you are so wrong.

Bibi lost his brother and knows how hard death of a family member really is, but he also knows that hamas will slaughter thousands more humans if he concedes to them.

I know it sounds heartless, but the coupla of hundreds of hostages {most of whom are already dead} are nothing compared to the tens of thousands that will die if Israel folds to the iran pressure.

If a hostage was a member of my family, I'd be torn between my love of family and my knowledge of the sacrifice that should be done.

I do not know how I would vote.

The Biden administration is partially to blame, but I reckon Hamas would have killed them anyway, no matter what Israel’s plan was.

Perhaps. But the original plan was to overwhelm the Hamas locations in Rafah. If Israel had been left alone to finish the job as they saw it, the results might have been different. It would be similar to the Allied Forces and Russians were told to stand down for 3 months in the fall of Berlin due to humanitarian considerations. A lot more folks (especially a lot more Jews) would have been killed.

I disagree with this assertion. The liberal elements in the world are trying to remove him and are using this as a tool. That is why there are strikes today in Israel. Netanyahu has an incredibly difficult job in trying to maintain a relationship with the US because of the armaments they are owed by them not being delivered, even though America’s leadership is catching rays on the beach and not to be found. Everything that Biden did was for political reason.

No, you are incorrect.

The IDF began an assaul on Gaza and Hamas strongholds that is only now nearing climax. The postioons of Hamas have been very carefully controlled. Presently, Hamas is contained in I think perhaps two remaining redoubts. The squeeze is very slowly progressing in an ever constricting manner.

The deaths of the hostages is a clear indication that the end point is near. The fringe hostage location was reached and the hostages were newly dead.

Hamas told the world “we will kill them all”

THe hostages must die in order for Hamas to be extinguished from history. No apology is needed
