I had some internet wonky-ness tonight.
We also had a sad call from our neighbors wife..
He wanted to die at home, and is actively dying.
When I caught got back on here (the rally, I mean)
the opera singer was singing ‘Ave Maria” in memory
of Corey Comperatore, whose family are Roman Catholic.
(I am Catholic, also.)
It just moved my soul to hear it, especially after
finding our dear friend Chris is about to cross over.
I didn’t hear the Leonard Cohen song sung at all.
I agree, Spunky, it was a great rally and memorial!
Oh that’s so sad for you, Ms.B.
How nice that the timing let you hear that beautiful opera singer do the Ave Maria. It was very touching. The Leonard Cohen song was right after that, also moving. What a powerful ending to the rally. And, of course, never forget the Nessun Dorma (or whatever it is). That’s the one that fills me with hope!
Here is Nessum Dorma from today’s rally. I haven’t yet listened to the end, so I can’t know if Hallelujah is there, too.

Oh MS., I am so sorry to hear about your neighbor. I will pray he has a peaceful transition. I will also pray for his wife as believe me I know what she is going through.
Did your neighbor enter Glory yet, Ms.B.?
