Wow! Thanks, Jem. I was watching earlier to see if it was true. They’ll be partying tonight in the ME.
This is my favorite time of year!

Very pretty.
That is absolutely beautiful. Ms B fall is so pretty on so many areas of the country
where I lived with the national park in my backyard. It was outstanding
North Carolina is gorgeous too
this fall I had hoped to get to New England and part of that would be to visit you. Not looking very good with all this going on with my cataract surgery and with Don Jeffs Struggles with his health.
Cotton, our weather was very similar to yours. Our bad news timing wise was today my son was scheduled for the paracentesis appointment. We had waited 4 weeks for this appointment and he was way overdue. This is the drainage of the abdominal area that the damage liver is not able to process properly.
it was virtually monsoon with rain and heavy winds
when we left also knowledge trees in roads and road flooding
this it was a very first day we were going to be using the new wheelchair to get him from the sofa in his trailer to the front seat of my van,
challenging enough in nice weather with the sun, but pouring rain and Wind - ugh I called to verify the appointment was still on. oh yes, they said the doctor and staff is here. So I literally forced Jef to go. He’d been watching the news with all the weather scares and didn’t wanna go
a long drive there 45 minutes normally and then we had to allow another 45 we made it and he had the procedure done. He had 12.8 L of fluid removed from his abdominal area , he’ll have the same team every time he has it done.
It isn’t in the cards for me, either dolly.
I’ve been struggling with the return of my back pain.
and a COPD exacerbation, and then something wrong
with my thyroid.
Hubby has to have a hip replacement in November, too.
I wish things were different.
Maybe next year, things will be better!
” He had 12.8 L of fluid removed from his abdominal area .”
Oh my word, Dolly!
It’s a good thing you got him there.
I’m sorry you had to struggle with all that bad weather.
You’re a trooper. for sure.
I hope he is feeling some relief!
You’re also a terrific Mom!
Thanks!
They have a very pretty old farm there.
They used to sell homemade taffy and fudge, too.
But now they only sell produce and hay.
Gorgeous!
12.8 L??!!!
Wow, he must feel better now with that gone!
I can’t believe you drove in that weather, either. You are gutsy!!
