Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) said Thursday on CNN “News Central” that it would be “insane” to criticize Vice President Kamala Harris over the change in her fracking position because there are new technologies.
Host John Berman asked, “What’s your position senator, on fracking?”
Murphy said, “I think increasingly we can do fracking in a safe way. It depends on site, it depends on the process. But I think anybody who serve his paid attention to the technological developments over the past several years understands that there are places that this can be done safely. I think you have to have a strategy in this country where are you continue to develop our natural resources.”

I expect some women to vote D because they vote with emotion not intellect, but any man that is a D or supporter lacks any testosterone.
The technology is “are you a swing State where fracking is important for your economy? If so, then Kamala-Toe is for fracking.”
But the argument against fracking is that it produces carbon laced fossil fuels. The enviromental damage if any is way down the list of objections.

This is the key issue. She either appeases the greens or the swing states.
So she will appease the swing states until Nov 5 and the greens after that.
Dems never say they were wrong and changed their minds. They always say “but that’s different “
Hypocrisy is a core tenant of the Democrat Party.
Yes, there are new technologies. But they were scorned by the Left until now.
Yes he is. But then so many of them are. Tge Seatirs I respect I can count on my fingers.
Chris Murphy is a low I.Q. moron.
They’re really reaching for votes. They know they’re behind so accommodations are made...like changing your position on fracking.
What a maroon
Fracking is the same wherever it’s used.
Looks like the polls are against his stance (as with Kamaltoe)
Fracking has not changed in its basic principal. What has changed is bigger and better frac jobs, the fluid and chemicals used, the addition of propents (they literally prop open the new fractures made), extreme high pressure pumps we have today, but it still works the same, but bigger and better. With these new fracing techniques we have been able to get production out of tight shale formations that were previously uneconomic in the past.
The first commercial hydraulic fracturing of an oil well took place in 1949 about 12 miles east of Duncan, Oklahoma. A fracking well experiment two years earlier in Hugoton, Kansas — home of a massive natural gas field — had proven the possibility of hydraulic fracturing for increased gas well productivity. We have been doing this for 75 years.
The “new” technologies have been in use for 10 years.
Yeah, I get a couple of larger mineral rights checks each month as a result. People keep trying to buy my mineral rights but I just ignore them.
