The man who was caught on multiple viral videos attacking and threatening drivers across Los Angeles has been released from state prison less than one year after he was sentenced to a five-year sentence.

Nathaniel Radimak pleaded guilty to felony charges of assault and making criminal threats in August 2023, and has been paroled after ten months in a state prison, prompting several of his victims to speak out about his release.

Good advice. Also, at a traffic light, never pull up even with cars to your right or left. Everybody does this without thinking that you are a fixed target at a red light. Hang back a foot or two. If the next car pulls up even with you, move so he isn’t even with you, while still leaving yourself an out. I don’t expect other drivers to start popping rounds at a red light but I’m not going to make it easy for them either.

always leave room in front of you to quickly pull out if you have to - just for incidents like this one.

I also always do this if I'm the last vehicle in a building line of traffic. I've been saved from a rear-ender more than a handful of times when inattentive drivers come roaring up on us (the stopped traffic), slam on the brakes and skid to a stop where my rear end WAS (because I saw them in the rear view and was able to pull up a little).

Keep your precious space in front of your car. The one or two times in your entire life it might make a difference, sit back and relax because the cars to your left and right won’t or can’t move out of your way.
