The Supreme Court declined on Wednesday to lift a sweeping block on President Joe Biden’s student loan repayment plan that aims to slash monthly payments and quicken the path to loan forgiveness.
The high court turned down a request from the Biden administration to put the plan back in play after lower courts blocked it this summer in a legal challenge to the plan brought by GOP-led states.
There were no noted dissents in the brief order

One of the most infuriating acts this degenerate administration has done is using taxpayer monies to pay back student loans - as so many of us are struggling to pay grocery and utility bills.
I didn’t take out the damned loans and shouldn’t be responsible for one single penny of them. I didn’t expect YOU to pay off my mortgage (which I paid off myself via hard work, scrimping and saving for years).

Biden ignoring Supreme Court decision in this example would be another impeachable offense imo.
But since corrupt Congress will predictably look the other way again, it is up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to do the following.
It's actually up to us Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to take the first MAJOR step to drain the swamp by effectively "impeaching and removing" Congress in November, along with likewise worthless incumbent state lawmakers and executives, not only so that hopeful Trump 47 will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, the new, Constitution-respecting Congress also supporting him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
