That is usually true, but not always.

A young man who worked for me, could flip through the pages of a book and absorb over 90%.

A farm boy/gearhead that was in the same dorm, a nice kid with a few odd hobbies, He enjoyed finding tangled clumps of string to untangle, he was a scholastic superstar.

I worked years in a large R&D lab, that had a few mixed in the seven thousand workers on campus.

You all will note, of course, that I predicted this role of the F-16’s, as interceptors of cruise missiles. When we were discussing this matter over 18 months ago I said that because of the F-16’s look-down-shoot down capability, and the large number of available AMRAAMS in Western stockpiles.

Its a good supplement to Patriot and such, to extend SAM stocks and add an extra capability during attempted saturation attacks.

This prediction was not copied from any MSM commentary at the time.

I think I remember stories where Ukranian pilots were trained on U.S. planes long before U.S. planes were shipped to Ukraine.
