Putin seizes $100m from Google to fund Russia’s war machine

Russian authorities have seized more than $100m (£76m) from Google to fund propaganda supporting Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine, court documents show.

US filings have revealed that bailiffs took the funds from the tech giant’s Russian bank accounts in 2022, tipping its unit in the country into bankruptcy.

According to the documents, bankruptcy managers handed the funds to Russian TV channels including the state-owned RT and Tsargrad, a propaganda service that pledged to use the funds to support the Kremlin’s war in Ukraine.

Google’s Russian entity declared bankruptcy in 2022, saying the Kremlin had seized funds, but it was unclear how much had been taken.

Filings show that bailiffs appropriated the company’s bank account after a Moscow court ruled that it should pay damages to Tsargrad TV, an Orthodox propaganda channel owned by the oligarch Konstantin Malofeev.

Oh, the Russians only stole 100 million. They need to steal a lot more to balance the books.

Google was using that money to fuel its ongoing war against We the People.

I'd rather Putin use it as he sees fit.

Two enemies of America, fighting it out.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

So, seems America has two friends, and two enemies.

Hope both of them lose their corresponding wars.

Western companies have $275 billion of business’s and western assets in Russia…..many Joint Ventures have been established from when the wall came down. Vlad has thus far shown much restraint in not seizing them.

The biggest jewel? Boeing’s joint venture, they built two titanium manufacturing facilities and they supply the western aerospace industry with ALL their titanium forgings. Boeing, Airbus, US defense contractors., etc….

Boeing has stated it will take them 5 years to build facilities in the US….and it still will not solve their titanium shortages. Little known FACT, all our defense and aerospace industries are experiencing huge titanium shortages and rely on VSMO to supply them. This I know first hand.

There is much our MSM has not said about our reliance on Russian metals and commodities ….and Vlad says Checkmate, again.

Boeing and VSMPO-AVISMA Agree on Titanium Supplies and Technology Collaboration for Years to Come
- Boeing and VSMPO-AVISMA extend Russian enterprise as largest titanium supplier for Boeing commercial products
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Russian titanium producer VSMPO-AVISMA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) affirming that VSMPO-AVISMA will remain the largest titanium supplier for current and future Boeing commercial airplanes.

Under the MOU signed by company leaders at the Dubai Airshow, Boeing and VSMPO-AVISMA will work together to:

Increase utilization of their Russia-based Ural Boeing Manufacturing (UBM) joint venture;
Increase R&D investment and continue to develop new titanium alloys and technologies;
Explore new opportunities to expand VSMPO-AVISMA’s role producing titanium parts and components beyond raw material or forging, for current and future Boeing commercial airplanes.

Footnote: Airbus is paying Russia in Rubles and Gold to acquire their titanium forgings. Rumor has it Boeing is to, but this is unverified. Western MSM is not reporting how senile Joe’s Sanctions have backfired.

FAA probing suspect titanium parts used in some Boeing and Airbus jets.

Federal transportation officials are investigating how titanium sold with phony documentation made its way into parts used in making Boeing and Airbus planes.

The Federal Aviation Administration and Spirit AeroSystems, a supplier of fuselages to Boeing and wings for Airbus, said Friday they are each investigating the scope and impact of the issue, which could raise potential concerns about aircraft safety. First reported by the New York Times, the problem came to light after a parts supplier found tiny holes from corrosion in the titanium, according to the newspaper.

“Boeing reported a voluntary disclosure to the FAA regarding procurement of material through a distributor who may have falsified or provided incorrect records,” the agency said in a statement. “Boeing issued a bulletin outlining ways suppliers should remain alert to the potential of falsified records.”

Spirit said it is working to determine the origin of the titanium and that it removed the affected parts from the company’s production line for testing.

“This is about titanium that has entered the supply system via documents that have been counterfeited,” Spirit spokesperson Joe Buccino said in a statement. “When this was identified, all suspect parts were quarantined and removed from Spirit production. More than 1,000 tests have been completed to confirm the mechanical and metallurgical properties of the affected material to ensure continued airworthiness.”

Yes, there is an extreme titanium shortage since Vlads reverse sanctions. Western companies are now relying on “ alternate sources “, resulting in disastrous results….best part? Our Defense industry has the same problem.

Did I say Vlad says Checkmate? Again.

If the Russians are retaliating for the theft of $300 billion from them by NATO countries to fund the unprovoked proxy war against Russia, I’m glad they’re starting with Google. I wish Russia could lay hands on ALL of Google’s billions since in reality, Google is much more a threat to Americans than a non unprovoked attacked Russia is.

Russia is certainly using the money today. This is the most active war map I seen since in a very long time. They are bombing the whole country, not just the battle front.
