Huge Victory for Alaska Voters: Supreme Court Clears Path for November Vote to Repeal Ranked Choice Voting!

In a significant win for Alaska voters, the state Supreme Court has decisively ruled in favor of allowing a measure aimed at repealing the controversial ranked choice voting system to remain on the November ballot.

The ruling affirms that Alaskans will have the opportunity to reject this confusing system that has muddled the state’s electoral process and left many voters frustrated.

In 2022, Democrat Rep. Mary Peltola “won” reelection in Alaska to a full term in the House in November after she defeated Sarah Palin in a special election to replace Rep. Don Young.

Peltola was the FIRST DEMOCRAT to win the House seat in solid red Alaska in 50 Years! She was only able to win the seat in the deep red state because of the conspiracy known as ranked-choice voting.

Alaska voters rapidly realized their mistake when approving ranked choice voting. Can it be reversed?

Meanwhile, I believe some other states are considering taking the same foolish path.

RCV was put in place in Alaska specifically to protect Lisa Murkowski. Then they got a bonus when Don Young died.

Mission accomplished for them as they see it. Murkowski will be in office till at least 2028. And Peltola till at least 2026.

If ranked choice voting goes into effect in Alaska Lisa Murkowski will be toast and that will be a great thing for everyone.

“If ranked choice voting goes into effect in Alaska Lisa Murkowski will be toast and that will be a great thing for everyone”

Huh, or was that sarcasm?

It is in effect and that is why Murkowski is Senator. In Nov. they will vote to kill ranked choice.

And RCV is why Golden is a House representative from Maine’s second district. Golden, is of course, a democrat who lost the first round of RCV, but won on the second round and now he is firmly entrenched in his seat.

If the republicans who voted had only left their second choice blank or wrote in a choice, the republican would have won.

Needless to say, the democrats love RCV and are trying to push it. The SC has already ruled that it is constitutional, so it is here to stay.

This ranked choice crap Murkowski managed to push through has only benefitted her and Democrats. For example, two Republicans split the vote 30%/30% and the Democrat got into office representing just 40% of the voters for Alaska’s house seat.

Weird. If they could vote to put RCV into law, why wouldn’t they be able to vote it out? Or did the Dems (and RINO’s) fight a knowingly losing battle to keep it in place?

Mail in voting = voter fraud
Early voting = voter fraud
“Ballot harvesting” = voter fraud
Automatic voter registration = voter fraud
No ID required to register = voter fraud
No ID required to receive a ballot = voter fraud
Rank choice voting = voter fraud

If they don't ALSO get rid of their RCV-enabled electronic voting machines, just getting rid of RCV won't solve the problem.

Haven't folks ever wondered why states that don't have RCV use RCV-enabled electronic voting machines?!

Come on, man.

Now we need to make mailing out ballots to everyone illegal because they don’t have solid voter rolls and it invites corruption.
