Kamala Harris takes the Chicago stage on Thursday in the culmination of one of the most audacious bets in recent political history: That in 100 days Democrats can turn the co-pilot of an unpopular Presidency into the reincarnation of Barack Obama’s movement for hope and change. On present course they might even pull it off.
That’s the message that Michelle and Barack Obama were selling as they extolled Ms. Harris in their Tuesday speeches in Chicago. And it’s no accident that the Vice President has recruited Mr. Obama’s campaign operatives to advise, if not entirely take over, her campaign. Out go the bad memories of her association with Joe Biden, and in come the gauzy slogans about “our future,” the “contagious power of hope,” and “fighting on behalf of people who need a voice and a champion.”
Ms. Harris is no longer the Vice President who failed to secure the border. She’ll now be tough on illegal migration.
She’s no longer the Veep who said “Bidenomics is working” while inflation reached a 40-year high. She’s now the candidate who will reduce your family’s food bill by going after your grocer for “price gouging.”
She’s no longer the candidate of 2020 who questioned the need for cash bail and blamed police for urban violence. She’s now the tough prosecutor who as California Attorney General dared to investigate . . . Exxon.
She’s no longer the presidential candidate of 2019 who wanted to ban fracking, endorsed Medicare for All, and questioned whether the current Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency should exist. Her campaign suggests she’s changed her views on all that, although she hasn’t said why—or even been asked. Americans are expected to take her expedient leap from the left to the center on faith.

I’m only listening to the highlights - from what I can tell the speeches are a combination of God-like worship for the Obamas, Harris and Walz - and continual, constant bashing of Trump.
Little to no mention of policies, except price controls.
That right thar might explain google's $110 million bribe to CA newsrooms.
i.e., CA as the 'hq' of national propaganda to broadcast to the rest of the 57 states, "See? She's real joy-joy-joy!!!"

We have The Perfect Storm with the Democrat party.
1. Nations hostile to The United States using it to weaken and destroy The United States.
2. The Democrat Crime Families taking money from: the hostile nations, bribes given them from nations competitive with The United States to weaken The United States, bribes given by any nations/organizations/individuals attempting to influence the foreign policy of The United States, money skimmed off various government programs, domestic organizations attempting to influence domestic policy.
3. The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate executing orders given them from The Democrat Crime Families.
4. The liberal American press who run stories to serve their masters The Democrat Party Crime Families and The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate.
5. Government bureaucrats who are supported by The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate.
6. One issue organizations who bribe the Democrat Crime Families to advance their issue.
7. The Democrat voters who think that The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate will steal money for them.

Political parties were supposed to be used to find the best person for a government job and help that person be elected.
The best person was the person who would get the most efficient and effective use out of every hard-earned American Taxpayer dollar to benefit ALL American citizens.
The Democrat party is now a criminal organization out to enrich the leadership by stealing from, and selling out, the American Taxpayers.
All that marketing and NO product!
Sadly, I can imagine it.
She’s no worse than twelve years of Obama/Biden.
She’s not that much worse than 20 years of Clinton/Bushes.
In my lifetime, there have only been about 25 years of Presidents I actually admired:
8 years of Eisenhower
5 years of Nixon
8 years of Reagan
4 years of Trump
25 out of 72 - that’s only about 34% - and, born in 1952, I was too young to enjoy the Eisenhower years directly, and the relentless lies and hatred from the Left during the Nixon and Trump years robbed me of much of the joy I might otherwise have experienced.
Only during Reagan’s 8 years did I feel food about the whole Presidency thing - and even then I had to block out the sounds of Leftists lying and crying about everything.
I hate to say it but when it comes to Presidents, I have had to learn to live with major disappointment, so if she’s selected it will be par for the course.
