Furchner was a teenager when she committed her crimes and was therefore tried in a juvenile court. The irony. Nazis should be prosecuted no matter how old they are, but this one - a teenager acting as a secretary - is a bit of a stretch. They are using legal resources on things like this instead of prosecuting immigrants who murder and rape Germans.
