Well, then, the answer to your original question is simply: IVF is a shibboleth to the Left. The Left likes things that remove procreation from the natural union of man and woman. Even if 99% of all Dem-voters couldn't afford it, it still gives them a nice, warm, fuzzy feeling to imagine circumventing the Natural Plan.
And for gays, specifically, it is a "dog whistle" for "You lezzos don't need no damn MAN to get pregnant!"

Incredible and disgusting how DNC thrives in this environment when the lies are continually exposed - a government and its agencies run by the party purposefully destroying the foundations of this country. As long as they get abortion.
AZ did get approval to include on the ballot an abortion provision up to 24 weeks (when a fetus is viable outside the body).
