Impeachments are finished. Schumer already set the precedent that the Senate can dismiss impeachment charges without even holding hearings. Democrats did exactly that after the impeachment of Mayorkis.

there’s certainly more than enough credible evidence to open impeachment proceedings now. this was true weeks ago.... but pubbies will continue dawdle. they are - as a group - political cowards. it’s mid-August. they will waste a few more months, then after the holidays we will get the ‘we can’t do this in an election year’ excuse. so in all likelihood there will be no impeachment.
If the GOP takes over the Senate, it might be a different story.
Just because Biden would be out of office does not mean he can’t be impeached.
Plus the DOJ under Trump would be involved. As would the IRS.

Pennsylvania authorities should submit a case to a grand jury.
If the grand jury returns an indictment, Pennsylvania should endeavor to legally secure Biden’s residences and get an injunction barring the US government from flying him outside the USA.
Compare these treasonous crimes committed by Biden to what the state of New York is doing to Donald Trump for his private Trump Organization business dealings.
They want to throw Trump in prison for 200 years because he took out “favorable” real estate loans and paid every penny back with interest. No one was cheated, no one was defrauded but according to the democrat pygmy cannibals Leteetia James and Alvin Bragg, Trump must be punished.
Meanwhile, James and Bragg do NOTHING to Puppet Biden.
The day is coming when all the regime members are going to pay the price of malfeasance and skullduggery, starting with the two troglodytes from New York. /spit
