Republican Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio pushed back Sunday as ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl claimed Vice President Kamala Harris was never the “border czar.”
Vance did multiple interviews that aired Sunday criticizing Harris for not giving an interview or press conference since President Joe Biden ended his reelection bid on July 21. Vance sparred with Karl about former President Donald Trump’s promise to deport millions of illegal immigrants and referred to Harris as the “border czar.”

Karl questioned if federal authorities would go “door-to-door” requesting papers, but Vance promptly retorted, “This is the wrong attitude towards it, right?”
“There’s 20 million people here illegally, you start with what’s achievable. You do that, and then you go onto what’s achievable from there,” Vance continued. “If you deport a lot of violent criminals and frankly if you make it harder to hire illegal labor, I think you go a lot of the way to solving the illegal immigration problem, but look, President Trump is absolutely right, you cannot have a border unless you’re willing to deport some people. I think it’s interesting that people focus on, well, how do you deport 18 million people? Let’s start with one million. That’s where Kamala Harris has failed and then we can go from there.”

I've never seen anyone as good as JD at dealing with the media. He's firm, incredibly well-informed, and still comes across as likeable.

People seem to be so sure that JD Vance could not hold his own against “Gov’ner” Tim Walz in a debate. It is Tim Walz who has neither the moral ground to stand on, or the force of argument to gain control of any debate with the Republican nominee.
Exactly! And even if she wasn't "in charge", she was in a position to at least TRY to influence Biden and did NOTHING! Nothing because they want these illegal immigrants here so they'll vote Democrat.
To my memory, Biden put her in charge of the border and she did NOTHING!
He won every argument and was always cool and mature. In every interview I saw, the interviewer lost his/her cool (though often their anger was thinly disguise) and JD looked calm and collected.
Anyone remember the female person who ran for president I think it was who was forced to drop out because she had an illegal nanny unb3knownst to her? The left are all about allowing illegals to come here, feed them, give them homes, schoo.ing, voting rights etc, but let a republican hire an illegal, and all of a sudden the left are all about law and order.
JD is talking about salami tactics, a favorite of the leftists. And the left has no response except to call names, mischaracterize the approach or change the subject.

Excellent question and one that pres Trump should bring up repeatedly at his rallies and ask “if Biden and Harris were so great on the border issue, while denying that kamala was a border czar, then who was watching the border as millions poured across into out country, many of whom were terrorists and violent violent criminals who were unwanted by their own countries?
Why has the Trump campaign stopped talking about the fact that Harris lied by omission to the American public about Biden’s mental capacity for four years?
The left’s primary attack on Trump is “he lies.” Harris was the biggest liar of them all. The four-year concealment of Biden’s mental health is arguably the biggest scandal in the history of the US Presidency, and no one is talking about it. We talk about the Kennedy assassination to this day, and yet the whole of government and the media hiding the President is ignored.
Media can’t cover up stooge Harris’s ineptness she’s nothing but a idiot giggling toke.
If the media had only .000001% of the outrage they show for Republicans to muster up some courage to beg Kamala for an interview.

Arrest, prosecute & jail GOVT employees for aiding, abetting, colluding, conspiring+ of violating existing Law (governors, mayors, NGOs+)....Watch the the invasion drop to a trickle.
