Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden will take to the campaign trail together next week for the first time since the octogenarian’s meek exit from the 2024 election race.
Biden – currently with his feet up enjoying a long weekend break at his Delaware beach house – hadn’t been expected to make any major political appearances in support of his anointed successor until the Democratic National Convention, which starts August 19 in Chicago.
Now he and Harris will head to Maryland on Aug. 15 for an event to “discuss the progress they are making to lower costs for the American people,” the White House confirmed in a statement announcing the pair will be hitting the road together, AP reports.

Anything that links her to Biden is good. Her campaign and the media are treating her as if she has not been the Vice President, “working side-by-side” with Biden for four years.
I’d like to see some Republican ads with a split screen and a series of pictures of prices on good under “Trump” on one side and under “Harris” on the other. I’m thinking primarily about gas station signs, but eggs, breakfast cereal, snacks, etc... would also work.

Hey, have some sympathy. Sleeping on the beach in Delaware is less “stressing” than sleeping in the Oval Office. Who knows...kamala may dump the Minnesota weirdo and have Sleepy Joe as her VP.
