‘Dam Is Going To Break’: Trump Insiders Forecast Counterattack Against Kamala’s Basement Campaign
Daily Caller ^ | Reagan Reese

Vice President Kamala Harris has hardly taken a question since becoming the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee nearly three weeks ago. But that hasn’t stopped her from riding a wave of media hype into a statistical tie with Donald Trump, all without having to explain her newfound positions or Biden administration record.

The Trump campaign has a plan to put pressure on Harris and bring her into the spotlight, and it starts with Senator J.D. Vance, insiders told the Caller. While Trump has done various media appearances and taken questions in recent weeks, going forward, Vance will follow Harris on the campaign trail in an effort to draw a contrast to her policies and highlight her media avoidance.

“To highlight that, Senator Vance and President Trump are showing up where Kamala Harris is not,” a campaign spokesperson, granted anonymity to preview strategy, told the Caller. The spokesperson pointed out that Trump attended the National Association of Black Journalists conference when Harris did not. Trump has also appeared with non-traditional media personalities, including streamer Adin Ross and Elon Musk.

“Senator Vance is doing the same by going to the same places that Kamala Harris is going but refusing to take questions. Anyone can show up in a state and read off of a script, off a teleprompter, and then leave 20 minutes later, that’s exactly what Joe Biden was doing, and it didn’t work for him. We’re not going to let it work,” the spokesperson continued.

Wait until the convention is over. That’s what Trump’s doing. You never know what headfake the DNC will pull until she’s the nominee.

I meant to include the following tiny tidbit in the above excerpt:
The Trump campaign’s strategy was on full display Wednesday when Vance deplaned in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and walked over to where Air Force Two was sitting on the tarmac. When Vance arrived, Harris had already left reporters waiting in the wind.

“I wanted to take a good look at the plane, because hopefully it’s going to be my plane in a few months, but I also thought you guys might get lonely, because the Vice President doesn’t answer questions from reporters and hasn’t for 17 days,” Vance told the journalists.

“Well, I hope that she changes her mind, because it would be good for the American people and I think it would be good for you all if she actually ran a real campaign instead of one from her basement with a teleprompter,” Vance said.

Vance has a sharp but polite tongue and is quick on his feet. Kamala is going to get really exasperated with Vance following her around.

ABC News

Personal finances of Walz and Vance show stark differences

article trying to show a meager walz living off a teachers pension , no assets, no investments, no business ventures, he’s just a regular guy like me and you. no mention of china investing in him for a decade or more
meanwhile Vance is depicted as a not so main stream business man with all the investments a business man can enjoy not a guy the average American can relate to
what scum these media pukes are

I'm not sure the DNC can control Kamala. She made threats to the Dem elite when they were trying to dislodge Biden from the Oval Office.

She told Obama, Schumer, and Pelosi to not even think about choosing anyone else. Even Jim Clyburn of South Carolina warned the DNC that if they wanted the black vote, Kamala would have to get the nod.

For what it’s worth …

I consider current or retired teachers to be the absolute worst people in the world to hold any kind of leadership position in government or business. A combination of delusion, ignorance and an infantile personality seems to be the norm for that occupation. And every financial advisor I know tells me that they’re always the dumbest clients to deal with.

DITTO...as a college student, the dumbest kids on campus were ‘Education’ majors

If you ever have the bad luck to work with them, you will find out just how mindlessly rabid they are!

I don't know of a single retired person who hasn't at the very least invested in a house.

I think Walz sounds like an irresponsible commie NUT.

Even Bernie has real estate.

I think Kamala will emerge from the convention as the nominee, but I'm not sure Walz will survive. I kinda wish they would let up on him until after the convention when the Dems are committed to going forward with him.

Wait until after the DNC convention. Let her have a few minutes to bask in the media spotlight. Any attacks now will be forgotten and buried.

Journalism/communication majors weren't that far behind them....
Then again, when in undergrad, 'studies' of various stripes wasn't a thing yet. But based on what I've seen of that bunch, they don't have much to brag about either.

There are 3 things to be gained by Vance's strategy of following Kamala around.
  1. The Media notices (though, as you say, they might forget once the Convention starts).

  2. Kamala most certain notices and Vance's needling will take its toll.

  3. Vance can use the practice to perfect his game.

Kamala says “We all goin’ do jes fahn y’all”.

As the DNC is registering the dead, the illegals, even family dogs, while printing ballots and more ballots.

article trying to show a meager walz living off a teachers pension , no assets, no investments, no business ventures, he’s just a regular guy like me and you.

I did a guesstimate of the annual retirement income of Tampax Timmy A-Walz and his wife:

  $100,000 US House pension
  $ 60,000 Social Security
  $ 40,000 annual compounded interest [403(b) - 2 accounts]
  $ 40,000 gubernatorial pension
  $ 30,000 National Guard retirement pay
  ========
  $270,000 total annually

Not bad scratch, if you can get it. $135 an hour, retired.

We won't even talk about their gold-plated Cadillac health care packages.

Plus, they sold their house and are living in a rental house while the Minnesota governor's mansion is being renovated.

The biggest tax ticks ever spotted in the wild...

I’m thinking that tampon might have to drop out if media scrutiny increases. Some have said that the oblama administration set her up for a fall too by appoint8ng tampon, knowing of his lies about m8litary service. The “theory” is that they will forego 5h8s election and c9ncentrate on winn8ng the next election- but I find it hard to beleive. But who knows.
