These two Chinese nationals are illegal aliens. They were arrested as they came into the US. They never showed up for their court dates.
Now they are transporting gold to someone in Dallas. This is a huge story but not on the federal news this morning. Who were they funding?

Two Chinese nationals were arrested following a traffic stop by a Wills Point police sergeant on I-20 on Thursday. A search of the vehicle turned up a bag behind the driver’s seat containing multiple pieces of gold bullion bars worth between $200,000 and $250,000. The men were arrested for money laundering and booked into the Van Zandt County jail. Both had been in the country illegally since 2023, and had been given a court date but never showed up.
250k ....ie ~100 ounces
Strange story. Who was the gold for?

Police pup
Curious what the Chinese would do to two illegals carrying gold .
Only about 8-9 lbs. 12 troy ounces per pound.
Stopping a car with 250,000 large in solid gold…well that was handy…
Must be the D.C. guys and gals don’t deal in small amounts of gold.
Looks just like every other Menendez, huh.
Was it real gold or gold plated tungsten?🤔
Gold sniffing dog?
I thought Gold was inert. Not putting off any odors.
So, the dog was given the ‘sign’ to activate on the door. Now we have to tear your car apart.
Thanks for posting the picture of the gold sniffing dog.
The cop used a drug dog and claimed it alerted. But no drugs were found in the links I found. But they found gold.
It sounds like an illegal search to me.
My thought exactly.
How in the world would a dog be trained to sniff gold? What sort of scent could gold possibly emit?

So the two just get deported and County keeps the gold how neat.

Grounds for urgent and summary execution care. (The left say, no kidding, "abortion care" - I say "execution care". Who could object?)
