There is no such thing a labor shortage, there are only wage shortages.

I propose that it’s not a wage shortage so much as it’s people being paid too much to NOT work. A welfare “longage” if you will. Cut off the free ride and plenty of people will seek work.
No work, no food. why does that bother the left?

If your labor costs push you out of your customers’ price range, you are going to be out of business before long no matter how much you’ve invested in your equipment.
This shouldn’t be a mystery to anyone. You’re seeing this happen on a large scale across the restaurant industry.
