Tina Peters, former Clerk & Recorder of Mesa County, is on trial battling Federal election machine tampering charges. Peters has been involved with Mike Lidell (he has helped cover many of her legal bills) and had her home raided while she attended Lindell's cybersecurity event. She is claiming she has evidence that the Secretary of State erased files from Mesa County election machines that was supposed to be stored for a specific period of time.

If I recall correctly, she is being prosecuted for making a copy of the voting machine log before the communist thugs could erase it.
The very fact that she is in possession of a file that proves they illegally deleted that file should put THEM on trial, not her.
If Tina Peters is Queen Esther, then the prosecutor is Haman.

Sums it up nicely. It boggles the mind she is on trial when they have actual proof. The prosecutor calling it all a "conspiracy theory" during opening statements early in.
Prosecution ran through their “conspiracy theory” based opening statement. Now, the defense is up and constantly being badgered and interrupted by prosecution. If the rest of the trial goes this way, and it likely will, this won’t be good for Peters.
Kind of confused. Mesa County CO is a deep red county. In 2020 Trump won Mesa Co. by a landslide, 63% to Biden 35%. Were votes subtracted from Trump? Should the landslide have been larger?
In 2016 Trump received 64% of the vote in Mesa, so pretty consistent with 2020.
All true. However, Dominion is our voting machine vendor here. Peters established evidence not that votes were tampered with, but that files on the voting machines that the state is required to keep for an extended period of time were, in fact, illegally erased during the Dominion machine update.
Jury not sequestered.

What is really on trial here is our judicial system.
Unfortunately, that judicial system has failed EVERY TEST regarding the 2020 election.
Tina caught them dead to rights. She proved they were cheating.
The problem is with how she went about collecting the evidence.
They claim she used another person's ID to access the system.
So, if you think the Gov't is on trial here, you'd be mistaken.
