>>>Is Dietz Watson owned by Boarshead?
How about starting with a basic Google search?

I’m sorry for you V Twin that you have had to endure a diet of crap because of your cardiologist not trusting you to eat healthy. Low cholesterol and low sodium diets are crap. And, they don’t actually help with your arteial plaque. But, they do keep you from getting hugely fat and lethargic on fast food.
A fast food meal 3 or 4 times a week is actually a healthy switch from the 2.5 bag of doritos and a 12 pack of beer that a person might choose without guidance.
A 360 calorie egg sausage muffin biscuit is actually a pretty good and healthy breakfast.
Trouble with fast food meals is only that they are so tasty that a big mac and supersize fries weighs in at 1200 calories. About 3 times what a 160 lb male needs for lunch.

“Rosemary Sundried Tomato Ham”
WTF is THAT? LOL!
People, people, people! Shop the PERIMETER of your grocery store. Eggs, milk, cheese, fresh veggies & fruit in season. If they have a deli, buy your bread there or bake your own; it ain’t hard! Buy meat from your LOCAL Butcher, if you have one, or your local farmer. Find one!
Stay OUT of the ‘Fake Food Aisles’ in the middle of the store. It will save you money, save your health and save. your. sanity. :)

Strange how pre-packaged deli meats (Hillshire Farms, etc.) are now cheaper than the deli. The prepackages meats have been sliced and packaged by machines.
The deli meats have to be sliced to order by a human.
The every time a product is touched by a human the price goes up 20% (average). Every time a product has to go through a machine the price goes up 10% (average).
And there you go.

I trust you to do the right thing. :)
I may have been painting with too broad a brush - ‘cuz I WILL buy canned goods & coffee for the Prepper Pantry and I WILL buy Pretzels because they are my favorite snack of all time. ;)
Great spices, decent prices and NO Socialism as there is with Penzey’s:

Their ‘flat packs’ are great and ship for free! :)

Okay ... I’m completely impressed!
And, here I’ve been thinking my Frontier mylar packs have been the deal!
I love that site! Very nice blends.
Thanks for the ping.

Ohhhhh nice!
I will have to check their stuff out. I have two (count 'em) two spice racks with jars and it is wasteful to buy a jar of spice only to throw it away.
Oldest Son uses some them for tiny mechanical bits and pieces but mostly they end up getting tossed.

Sorry, I was in the middle of preparing dinner for me and my sweetheart. I don’t know what I was thinking, commenting without doing a proper search. Thank you for reminding me I should only count on myself for certain things.

That is true.
And notice where they place it.
Right in the MIDDLE, so you have to go by the rest of the aisles first.

I try to grow as many of my spices as possible.
I bought one bushy rosemary plant from Wal-Mart this past spring and took about a dozen cuttings and rooted them all. Really got my money’s worth.

Any advice on dill? Should I try to take cuttings of that or just let it go to seed?

Grow from seed. Replant about every eight weeks. Dill is my go to herb. I plant it in the same pot as my lime bush so I have dill all winter long.
