GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign team backed out of a debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, saying it wouldn’t commit to debate details until the Democratic Party chooses its nominee.
“Given the continued political chaos surrounding Crooked Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, general election debate details cannot be finalized until Democrats formally decide on their nominee,” the former president’s campaign spokesman, Steven Cheung, said in a statement on Thursday.

May I add? “Last week Kamala was telling us that crooked Joe was fine and begging to debate Vance, this week she was told she is running for president and begging to debate me. Kamala, like Joe, doesnt really know what’s going on. As the democratically elected nominee of the Republican party, I take running for and being President the most serious job in the world. I will gladly debate whatever whack job sacrifial lamb the democratics undemocratically appoint to run against me, when that time comes.

Wondering what the makeup of debaters would be. Vance v. Harris as current VP, or Trump v. Harris as candidate for POTUS, who may or may not finally BE candidate. The RATs have created quite a mess.
When Pelosi, Obama, and Schumer had that struggle session with Joe (and possibly Jill) that left his face bruised, I wonder if they considered the unintended consequences through to the end.

This headline is retarded - there was no Trump/Harris debate for Trump to “back out of”.
There was a Trump/Biden debate scheduled, but it was Biden who backed out of that.
The only Harris debate scheduled would have been a VP debate..
