That’s not Biden, imo. But the voice was his. I don’t know what’s going on anymore.
Has AI advanced enough to make a realistic human robot? The voice is easy enough to duplicate and I know the lips can move in sync w/ the words. I believe they’ve mastered that already.
What happened to the drooping left eye etc?

That is interesting. The photo you have show blue eyes.
Other video shows brown eyes. i would suggest one of them are altered.
Knowing Biden has blue eyes. I would suggest "The white house" altered to video before posting.
