If he’s speaking clearly with proper articulation and no garbled words, there’s something wrong.
It’s clear at this point that he had some kind of medical emergency (stroke??) and was invisible until just the other day when ‘he’ bounded down the stairs of AF1 looking very spry. Something’s up.

His head didn’t look like Biden’s as he was coming down those stairs. Too round and a different hairline in the back.
