If he’s speaking clearly with proper articulation and no garbled words, there’s something wrong.
It’s clear at this point that he had some kind of medical emergency (stroke??) and was invisible until just the other day when ‘he’ bounded down the stairs of AF1 looking very spry. Something’s up.
Yeah “bounding” from a guy who could barely scuffle along the last year or so? Something very odd is going on here.
