The Secret Service is facing mounting pressure to explain how a 20-year-old would-be assassin climbed on top of a roof and fired shots at former President Donald Trump without authorities noticing.
Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino is demanding answers from the agency, revealing troubling details about the breach of security that left Trump injured.
Bongino, who spent 12 years working in the Secret Service under President George W. Bush and President Obama, pointed out obvious mistakes that could have changed the trajectory of the country forever.
He pointed to three issues plaguing the Secret Service that resulted in a would-be assassination of one of the most high-profile public figures in the country.
One, Bongino wrote in an op-ed, is the lack of manpower and security equipment.

The “slope” was 18 degrees! Barely steep enough for water to run down- and besides, the rooftop the ss snipers were on was more sloped than the roof perp was on. The excuse was bogus.
That man washint the roof deserves a medal, risking his life standing on an 18 degree roof like that- he must have been a stuntman or sumthin /s

There are SO many Clinton/0bama era people STILL hanging around doing dirty work. High profiles like John Kerry and AlGore are still trotting around the globe - undermining whatever Trump tried to do when he was in office.

Exactly, been saying that from the start- at th3 end of the day, it all boils down to the irrefutable fact that they left pres Trump on that stage knowing full well that a very suspicious person was roaming around, AND, they did NOT take the person into custody, and failed to inform the ss who were assigned to cover pres Trump.
When cops saw the perp rangefinding the platform, he should have been taken into custody Immediately and detained
AND, when the perp pointed the gun at a cop, that is when all hell should have broken out and cops storming the roof en mass.
The whole stinking thing reeked of either rank incompetence, or planned incompetence. There can be no other explanation for what went down- president Trump should have never been allowed to take the stage, and an announcement should have been made that his speech will be delayed due to security reasons.
Thankfully God intervened and protected president Trump and ruined the plans of the demon driven left.
Remember—if the Secret Service folks on stage had received notice of a significant threat they could have and imho would have removed President Trump from the stage at any point.
The SS folks on stage looked lost and confused.
My working hypothesis is that is because the comms were cut off for a couple of minutes before the shots were fired.
That gal, whoever she was, was WELL aware that there was a shooter over to her right.
She’s got her phone camera on Trump.. she looks over to the right, she turns her phone to the right and continues taking video of the shooter, Trump is still talking.. she goes back to Trump and waits for the shots.. The shots come. She crouches for a mere instant (as a gesture) and continues taking video.
That gal knew EVERYTHING that was going to happen that day.
Women SS agents should be on the detail covering Ashley Biden and other people similar to that. They should NOT be covering POTUS candidates. No matter how large their stature is.
RFK JR has twice had crazy people try to break into his house since he announced he was running for POTUS.
FYI, A buddies father helped patrol Newfound Lake, NH every summer for the SS. That is because the two Obama daughters went to camp there several years when he was POTUS. He was hired by the county sheriffs dept to act as a outer ring guard to keep people away from that area of the lake. IMHO, the SS people watching these girls should be women.

That could be, but the 2 snipers on roof behind pres Trump saw the man, and that should have set off a series of events initiated by the ss snipers that included getting word to the ss near preseidnt Trump, and getting Trump off the stage Immediately in my opinion I bel3ive the ss snipers were close enough to yell? Exzctly! Plenty of time to get word over to the ss and to pres Trump to get him to safety while the situation was checked out- and also plenty long enough to get the perp into custody for interrogation and away from the scene- neither of which the police and ss did

No one has been disciplined...
No one has been suspended...
No one has been fired...
No one has resigned in disgrace...
This is the state of our country.
Their protocol would be to use the comms.
They could have tried to yell if they suspected the comms were not working, but what if they were getting verbal confirmation the comms were working?
That would have delayed their reaction further.
Total comm sabotage may well never have happened in the entire history of the Secret Service. They would have been in shock at that point....
Because if your comms have been sabotaged you are in deep deep trouble...
Candor, I’d be asking who employs Bob Creamer and Scott Foval these days. Project Veritas recorded them discussing their line of work. Remember the Chicago Trump rally in 2016 that was disrupted? Things like this were even discussed in Wikileaks emails among the usual suspects. I’m certain that Assange’s release is conditioned upon his silence about these matters.
