Former President Donald Trump met with Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle, a source told ABC News.
The meeting took place on Tuesday at the former president's hotel in Milwaukee, the source said.
It is unclear what was discussed in the meeting.
This comes as Republicans are calling for Cheatle's resignation after the attempted assassination against the former president last Saturday at his Pennsylvania rally.

Explain to me that this sequence of events does not point to a set up hit attack on Trump. Trump was allowed to remain on the stage until the shooter started shooting and the detail didn’t take him out until 26 seconds after the shooter’s first shots began. Conclusion: They waited for the shooter to succeed and to their chagrin the perp blew it.
