Former President Donald Trump met with Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle, a source told ABC News.
The meeting took place on Tuesday at the former president's hotel in Milwaukee, the source said.
It is unclear what was discussed in the meeting.
This comes as Republicans are calling for Cheatle's resignation after the attempted assassination against the former president last Saturday at his Pennsylvania rally.

Regardless of how rich you are, that is a lot of hiring on short notice and a giant expense, not to mention the resources that the fed gov has. it would be foolish to tell them to take a hike. I would recommend having his own hired security personnel monitor the SS. For example if he did that someone could have told him to get off stage when there was a guy cruising around the outskirts with a range finder.
