During an interview on Tuesday for Wednesday’s BET News interview special “Black America Votes: The Biden Interview,” President Joe Biden said that he tells people who are dealing with high prices that inflation is falling, he believes the Federal Reserve will reduce rates, we have to confront corporate greed, he has policies on housing, and he implemented his student loan plan.

Journalist Ed Gordon asked, “What do you tell people who are paying six bucks for cereal, they can’t take their kids to a movie or a ballgame, memories that last with you? What do you tell them?”

If the fed lowers interest rates, inflation skyrockets again. It’s Biden’s spending of 1.9 trillion that caused the inflation along with restricting oil production here in the U.S. We’re raising oil prices as a result thus funding dictatorial regimes like Russia and Iran. This guy has no idea what he’s doing.

He uses “for example” quite frequently. Signals to me how prepped they try to get him. Like he’s trying to do a school oral report with every interview. I don’t think he’s capable of having a normal off the cuff conversation about anything.

“What’s happened here is, since the pandemic, corporate profits have doubled”

Phony numbers but yes profits rose after the pandemic. That’s what they were supposed to do when an economy bounces back ... and that happened in spite of the Biden tailwinds.

Inflation can go to zero. That does not mean prices are dropping. It means prices are staying high. Biden made all the input prices for things higher. Gas is twice what it was when he took office. Biden signed documents to make that true his first day in office. He opened the border his first day. Biden is not unlucky. He personally caused all these things to happen and he did it on his first day. And back then he was proud of it. He bragged about it.

Corporate greed has nothing to do with the price of a bowl of cereal. Kellogg’s share price is lower than it was when Biden took office. Even with higher prices and smaller boxes. Profits are way down because costs are way up. And cereal is mostly made in America.

One thing-interest groups will use the government to get an edge over the competition. They will also do everything they can to crowd out the competitors, stretching the limits of legality.

Honest question. Does this guy understand how things work At ALL?

Inflation is NOT price of goods.

0 Inflation, that $6 cereal stays at $6. It just does not go up to 6.10 that month..

And “greed” if A market makes a 2% profit after everything..

If a price due to inflation has doubled. And that market “makes”/ yakes home double on that same item.. it is STILL just 2%.. that is NOT “greed”.

Question: How does “corporate greed” only happen when there’s a Democrat in office??

President Joe Biden said that he tells people who are dealing with high prices that inflation is falling, he believes the Federal Reserve will reduce rates, we have to confront corporate greed, he has policies on housing, and he implemented his student loan plan.

Finally, he added, "Get back on the plantation where you belong."

That’s why I’ve been moving to make sure that we provide first-time homebuyers, particularly in African American communities and minority communities, down payments at $10,000 to get started.

White people need not apply.
