Like all agencies SS wastes lots of money on frivolous things. There are lots of places where the budget can be cut. Same thing is true for all agencies.
You don’t reward incompetence, malfeasance and resistance to oversight with bigger budgets. That only encourages more of the same.

That rumor sounds true. Discord is popular among young men in their teens and twenties, especially gamers. Crooks absolutely, positively had a Discord account.
