The question is whether people were getting the communications they were supposed to be able to get. And it’s a question because the SS agents with Trump should have known there was an active shooter situation but they acted like they didn’t know that.
So are you saying that the communications were fine, or just that you think the former SEAL who was talking about this was assuming that there were communications issues just because there were different channels being used (which you seem to be saying is normal)?
What I want to know is why the agents with Trump didn’t get him out of line of sight when the SS was clearly dealing with an active shooter situation. Do you have any insights about that?
Ppl were pointing to a building where ‘agents’ were staging, inside, but the shooter was scaling outside, and the poh-leece on the ground got notified by the ppl seeing that individual scaling the building then the poh-leece radios in what the ppl were seeing, and command and control answers back and says “Yeah, we know, have ppl staging over there.”
It could be as easy and as simple and as full of error as that.
Meanwhile the perp get a few shots off while LE converges on that building WHEN they realize they are staging INSIDE and not on the roof ... comms were okay, but there was a delay, a bit of a mix-up as things were sorted out.
Long story short - the building should have had local PD, or the Sheriff or USSS MANNING THE ROOF.
