I don’t think incompetence can explain the SS “forgetting” to check the most obvious and only good assassination location.
And the other question which somebody else brought up is even more sobering: How did the shooter know that the spot would be left open for him?
Somebody needs to access all the records in the NSA database in Utah and find all the communications with this guy in the last 3 months.
