An eyewitness at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania claims he saw a man with a rifle on a rooftop. He said he warned authorities but was ignored.
"We couldn't see [Trump], but we could hear him. So we walked up probably five to seven minutes from Trump speaking—I'm estimating here, I've no idea. But we noticed the guy crawling, bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us, fifty feet away from us. So we're standing there, you know, we're pointing, we're pointing at that guy crawling up the roof."
"He had a gun, right?" a BBC reporter asked him.
"He had a rifle," the witness confirmed. "We could see him clearly with a rifle. Absolutely. We're pointing at him. The police are down there running around on the ground. We're like, 'Hey, man, this guy on the roof with a rifle.' And the police were like, 'Huh?" you know, like, like, they didn't know what was going on. You know, we're like, 'Hey, right here on the roof! We can see from right here. We see him! He's crawling.'"
He continued, "And next thing you know, I'm like, I'm thinking myself, I'm like, 'Why is Trump still speaking? Why have they not pulled him off the stage?' I'm standing there, pointing at him for... you know... two or three minutes. Secret Service is looking at us from the top of the barn. I'm pointing at that roof. Just standing there like this [gestures]. And next thing you know, five shots rang out."
"And you're certain the shots came from that guy on the roof?" the reporter asked.
"A hundred percent. Hundred percent."
"And he was up there for a couple of minutes?"
"Absolutely. At least three or four minutes."
"And you were telling police and the Secret Service?"

The SS may full well know that he is there but they cant see him because he is using the front of the building like a merlon.
The SS cant just start hosing down a building randomly because someone says there is someone else on the roof. They have to see him to aim which they cant do until he pops up.
This could explain why the sharpshooters had to wait until the perp started shooting. They weren't in a position to see him until then.
Still doesn't explain why no drones though.
An inch perhaps even less. Even if he wasn’t fatally shot a serious head shot would have probably ended his candidacy.
Complete drone “grids” are possible for such events and for large area security. Not having them for this is a FAIL or intentional.
Dan Bongino on his podcast said Secret Service is excellent but not the leadership who he says is partisan.
He was in the Secret Service and still has friends there.
Biden wouldn’t allow RK Jr. SS protection. Is it possible that Biden wouldn’t allow additional protection for Trump?
I can’t wait to hear Bongino’s assessment of this tragedy.

DEVELOPING…Shooter found dead on rooftop with vantage point to stage.
Secret Service tasks counter assault teams to cover ALL vantage points — rooftops most obvious.
Counter assault teams are outsourced professionals. Unlikely they make these mistakes, even “B” team tasked to cover Trump.
Glaring error or intentional overlook. Confirmed with former CA team organizer and trainer.
While massive errors are possible, plausible intentional overlook of rooftop is more likely with CA team assignments given by SS. Who makes those possible? Deep State Intel Community?

Nope. This is completely unacceptable and outrageous.
If all you say is true then why didn’t the SS Snipers who knew/suspected an unseen sniper about to shoot radio the Trump body team to act and radio others to check out the threat. Only watching site themselves is poor strategy.
I’ll be it was ONE inch at best. Thank God President Trump survived.
