All the cops had to do was get somebody on the radio who could contact secret service—they had at least two minutes to notice somebody was climbing up to a roof with a rifle—plenty of time to get President Trump off the stage.

The witness made eye contact with police and secret service and pointed at the location for a couple of minutes.
